Delivery and Returns
Dear Avocado ships worldwide using Courier services.
The shipping costs will be added at the end of your order so you are aware of the full price.
Please be advised that in case of national celebration/holiday in your country, deliveries may not be made. In this case, please wait for your order to arrive the next working day.
You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.
If you change your mind, please try to contact us as soon as possible and we will try to reverse your order. If your order has already been shipped we can only exchange the item for another one using our returns method.
Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, you have 10 days from the day you received the product to send it back, make sure it has be unworn and all tags and where relevant hygiene strips are in place. The item must be sent back in its original packaging.
If all products and packaging is in place we will refund your money within the next 7-10 working days. Sale items
The products are your responsibility until they reach our company, you must then make sure they are properly packaged and not be damaged on the way! In the event that an item returned to us is in an inappropriate situation, we will have to send it back to you.
We recommend that you retain your proof of post/courier until the return process is completed and you receive our email stating that we have received your return.
All shipping on returns is the customers responsibility and we will aim to exchange your product in the quickest possible time. Shipping costs are not refunded.

If the exchange is due to our company’s error, the corresponding costs are covered by us.
